On a side note, how many times have we gone on to say how did that get in there and why did I vote yes to that!
Now ask yourself how often management says how did those crafty pilots talk us into this contract?
Why you ask? Simple. Have you ever seen a management team rush themselves into a contract that favors the pilots? Heck no. The only way they let ANYTHING good out the door is when they have fought the good fight and have run out of options.
Strang their tactics seem to work so well for them....
Now ask yourself how often management says how did those crafty pilots talk us into this contract?

I'm sure management was caught off guard with trip parking.

But I think something just as detrimental replaced it. Kind of like the RAH debacle, they gamed our scope but our language is so weak we can't fight them over it so on the TA we'll improve the language... and then exempt them.

it's okay Ferd. I don't think he meant it in a bad way. remember Buzz is ahead of the societal evolution curve, manure pilot may be the same as saying you're as cool as that Maverick guy.
