The only difference between the sealed and redacted versions are identified in the document by asterisk notations (*****) where primarily competitively sensitive numbers have been removed. The rest of the language is there.

I'll respect the outcome one way or another, and move on with my life.
Personally, I'm a No vote, but how each person votes is their own decision and I certainly won't have any ill-will against those who vote yes.
Part of respecting the DALPA process of voting for TA's is respecting every pilot's vote.

Not to derail the TA discussion but when do RAW points for SC show up and are they in addition to any SC assignments? Are they placed on your schedule right at the start of the SC period?

They should be. I did nkticemy four for sc's was one off on the reserve availability list recently
