I can't count how many times that I have heard the word fear come out of the supporters. They tell me over and over that this TA is not great but they fear the company walking away if it is turned down.

Or guys realize they can take a three year "extension" now and be back at the table for nothing in 3 years with an extra $60,000 in their pocket and a DCI fleet that's hundreds of aircraft smaller. Do you think that the economic environment in 2015-2016 will be so much better that you can get 35/5/5/5? I'm gonna be if this thing doesn't pass because I'll look at every no voter like he selfishly stole my $60,000. And I want my $60,000. I just hope that when it does pass you all see the error in your ways and work on some unity rather than your current disingenuous behavior.

And what do you get if the company walks away and you get nothing? Oh I guess I answered my own question.

Default Kew Gardens crashpad needed

Anyone have empty space in their [or good leads for a] decent Kew Gardens crashpad?

I'm an extremely junior "NO" voter in case that makes a difference . Please PM me with any details.

Thanks.

When each individual has his or her own priority when viewing this TA, I don't believe you can pass judgment on someone voting no and this TA fails, and blaming him/her in stealing your $60k. Compensation is only one section of this TA. I believe we should be compensated as best as we can negotiate for, and if you believe you're owed $60k from this TA, that's fine. I respect that.

Personally I believe in the fight of improving section 1 beyond this TA, among other sections in this TA. It's truly like the saying, "Beauty in the eye of the beholder". I believe our section 1 is worth more than $60k in my paycheck for the duration. If I unknowingly "stole" $60k from your pocket, i apologize in advance, but honestly, never mind...

So what if you'd gotten 0/0/0/0 with a new B scale for the CRJ-900? You understand that in all likelihood that's the only way section 1 would be better right? We can't dismantle a 600 aircraft FLEET in a 3 year span. We don't have the training capacity. You may say that's not your problem but I think you're being unrealistic and unreasonable.

We could if we required Delta flying be performed by Delta pilots & offered a "staple" as terms in any contract renewal.

The airplanes do not have to be owned by Delta. They are controlled by Delta. They can be owned by Borat for all I care, but they must fly with a Delta pilot at the controls, as represented by the Delta MEC.

Unity makes the impossible ... easy & simple.

We go back to negotiating. It is not about what I am not getting. It is about what I am getting with this TA. It is not about the moeny.

Hmmm lemme see.. ACL is saying that the yes contingent is selling fear. I called him out on it, and I am the bad guy here? I have been talking about the logic of the math, the protections of the furlough clause and the recapture of scope in section 1. ACL has been selling what if scenarios for things that are not remotely before the group in this vote, and that somehow makes me the bad guy? I guess you are a solid no then and no amount of logic will sway your opinion.

Unity will only take you so far.

I love UT football, and no matter how unified the VOLS are in their quest, I am fairly certain that they would not beat the Packers on any given Sunday....
