TA Summary
From the DALPA Boards:
Two different sources and they matched exactly.
4/8.5/3/3 on raises. Pilot pool of profit sharing money reduced from 15 percent to 10 on the first bucket to fund raises.
More 76 seat RJ's however a block hour formula reducing overall numbers
Small DC raise back loaded
overtime flying pay above 85 hours.
Promise of a 100 seat aircraft. Same promise that's been made for 21 years.
The rest is pretty much what was released on scheduling items.
I am guessing overall cost to the company is under 350 million a year.
G2G - I need to update my DPA Card.

Do you deny that outsourcing has an effect on safety? Do you believe that outsourced carriers operate on the same level of safety as mainline? Or was it the fact that the point was made in such graphic form that offended you? It happened whether the picture is posted here or not.
I worked at an outsourced carrier, and I can't think of a better training department at any of the three airlines I've worked for. Are there unsafe practices within the "pilot pushing"? Absolutely, but we have that here also, see everyones complaints of calls from chief pilots about being sick or the same Lon days followed by short nights with no transpo awaiting our arrival.
All airlines will cut corners in the same places, it's just a matter of how much push back or involvement they encounter from the pilots affected.
I'm fine with 4/8.5/3/3.
If we're paying by the duty hour.
And I'm fine with giving up things in exchange for a promise of a gain... as long as that promise is put in writing with triggers if it doesn't happen.
Will still wait for TA but in the meantime:

RAA 2012: Regional airlines poised for massive fleet renewal
...Both Bombardier and Embraer have publicly predicted that these beleaguered US regional airlines are poised to buy hundreds of new aircraft. Embraer confirms it is in talks with at least five US regional airlines on deals for a total of more than 400 aircraft this year.
Indeed, both airframers are counting on the US orders this year, as regional aircraft sales are expected to decline elsewhere in the world. If the orders are consummated, they promise to begin a fundamental reshaping of the US regional airline sector, with the increasingly uneconomical 50-seaters exchanged via scope clause relief for 70-80-seaters...
