You can also simply look at how many pilots SWA has and how many Delta uses on domestic narrow bodies. I saw the numbers a few years ago. If I recall Delta was using about 13 pilots per airframe. SW around 11.

Bar,

Your article says it will be mainline flying he aircraft. Isn't that what we want so why a war against the TA?

Bar,
Unless I'm reading this wrong, isn't Boyd saying that E190 and maybe CR9 will be flown at MAINLINE under this TA?

Ha! We've had CRJ-900 and E-190 rates in our contract for years already....

So when does Mr. Boyd see the manufacturers hanging GTF's on the CRJ-200's or a -200 like platform?

That will make our scope problem balloon yet again.....

If anyone can provide evidence to back up their SWA block per pilot per year math I'd love to see it.
How about using 2011 numbers?

Perhaps I selected the wrong place to cut and paste. Here is a link to the entire article:

Aviation Data And Insights From Boyd Group International

ALPA is keeping this information from its pilots, but third party management consultants for regional airlines already have their copy.

Sailing, that would be a fair comparison, if true, and lends credence to the inefficiency due to training churn arguement.

Still, I'm angry that ALPA is keeping this information from its pilots, but third party management consultants for regional airlines already have their copy.
I think Boyd bit on FTBs spoofer pay chart
