Thanks!
Does anyone know if you end up having a black mark on your record or something if you got sent to the PARB and were later hired? I've noticed that some of those who went to the PARB have a drastically different employee number, and I can't help but wonder if Delta puts those people in a different file or something. Almost like they are tagged by management and will never be eligible for certain opportunities.

If Delta is willing to put a person in a full passenger aircraft behind a locked door with access to an axe, I highly doubt they are freezing said person out of the “cool” jobs in Atlanta based on the PARB

It would likely be the other way around....someone of questionable psyche eval could possibly prove to be a valuable pilot who may one day say yes to "certain opportunities".

Seriously though, relax. No one cares you went to the PARB.

I don't think it goes anywhere after the board. I went to it, and i've done plenty of things here that if i had a "black mark" they wouldn't allow me to do.
