i think it's just all based on timing. He interviewed either late Sept or early Oct.

It’s a very high pass rate. Captain Holmes mentioned like over a 90% pass rate. I believe with the how much they are hiring they are meeting pretty often. Probably will find out either tomorrow or next Monday would be my guess.

my interview group was told they met every monday and would find out the monday they met. cant confirm as no one in my interview group was held up by the psych eval

If Delta doesn't want to hire you I say move on to another option..Getting hung up on why or who else is in your shoes doesn't really help your situation. May not be what you had hoped for, but time to move on to the next airline and try.

The PARB was meeting once a month. I don't know if it's picked up or not. I knew several guys, all hired, who waited a month. There is a RST Facebook group for PARB people, kind of like a therapy session. Your friend can figure out from there when the next board will meet and how often it has been meeting.
