Most recent PARB results, that must have convened last week, are going out...Spoke to one guy who didn't pass...phone call and email.

Thats at least 3 military folks in the last month (or 2 PARBs) who haven't emerged successfully.

I think this whole thing is getting out of hand. The "medical" folks were doing the same thing out of sheer ego and arrogance. They were finally kicked to the curb. Its looking like its time to do the same for these folks as well. They add no value, and they hurt a lot of people for no real reason. Its getting to the point of embarrassing us at this point.

I can't figure out why they give a psych test on the first day only to give another pysch test the second. Seems redundant.

My guess would be that they are checking for consistancy in answers.

Some phone calls went out today. CJO on the 15th, review board email on the 16th, green light on the 14th. Capt. K said no news on class dates, and he said that the PARB had met this morning (a Wednesday).

Thread bump out of selfish reasons: I was PARB'd yesterday and now my entire life feels like its limbo. I'm so thankful to have found this thread and know that I'm not alone in this.

It feels awful to have worked so hard, passed the panel and JKT, only to have my fate rest in the hands of a psychologist. I'm hoping for the best but bracing for the worst.

Going to be a very long couple of weeks while I wait.

If it's any help, it's not just a psychologist on the review board. The way I see it is you have HR and Flight Ops reps on your side, a different psychologist going either way, and an attorney to decide if you're a liability. The outcome is usually good, and at least you know it's probably only a couple of weeks until the next PARB from what I hear.
