Had a friend get the CJO, then was held up after day two. Found out two-three weeks later he was not getting the job. I feel really bad for him, but he's okay. Staying positive and working to get on with another major. He's really relaxed, witty, and has a great attitude about life. He says he has no idea what made the doc flag him. Good luck to all who have to go through that...doesn't seem like there's any rhyme or reason.

I was flagged last Thurs as was another in my group (2 of 7 CJOs)
there was a theory that if you were req'd to retake the MMPI on day 2 it was almost a guarantee of getting flagged...well, of the 2 of us, only one retook the MMPI (not me)...
The other 2 retakes that day were not flagged...
Who knows...
AK said the next PARB is this coming Monday (21st)...
There is a handful of folks waiting from interview dates up to a few weeks before mine...Hopefully all of us meeting it will get timely and positive feedback before Thanksgiving.

DAL needs to stop the schtick of making a big deal about making it to day two of the interview. Yes, most everyone makes it, but for the few guys each month that get caught up by the shrink and inevitably do not get hired, its an extreme mind f--k. Jubilation followed by sheer disappointment, for many after having told friends and family they have attained their dream jobs.
Save the rah-rah for actually being hired, not making it to the next part of the interview.
