your mmpi puts you into a personality quadrant. if the shrink doesn't place you in the same you get held up. basically shrink verifies your personality with the one on your mmpi. it is graphed and it depends how far off the two are. far off and the board says no

this was the info i was told

Sometime the shoulder holster straps underneath the blue suit coat give it away......

Cold hard killing machines? Maybe. That's why I ****ing like them. But they ain't weak pilots, and they aren't weak people, and if Delta passes on them it will be the company's loss.
Delta isn't looking for cold hard killers who are warriors. They are looking for pilots who are capable and willing to sit in the right seat and take orders from the civilian female ex regional pilot who happens to be the captain because she is senior to them. If you cannot conform to the morn and would have issues with being subservient to younger civilian trained pilots who are senior then this job is not for you. That is what the interview draws out.

Do you have a nite lite in your room to help you with scary noises in the dark at night?

Not sure where you're going with this. You wanna know why DAL doesn't hire every mil pilot? That's why. I already work at Delta, so when I tell you to put the gear up, I don't want any lip.

FWIW, how many Marines you know need nite lights? Maybe pouge AF pilots like you, but whatever.

So much for the concept of CRM in that cockpit with that kind of attitude.

Ditto... I'm guessing the screening process also weeds out people with inferiority complexes / shoulder chips.

Does your husband know you talk like this on your Delta overnights?
