Moat banks have free checking accounts. Just open one you use only for things like this/PayPal/etc,
and transfer the money out the instant it shows up. Problem solved.

You bank with some nice people. Most banks don't offer free checking unless you keep minimum balances in that or other accounts. credit unions are a bit nicer.
