All things said after every meltdown ever. I certainly lend credence to SF comcern on yields. I saw am article that said the DOT has opened an investigation, which is good. May shed some light on some things that need it.

The bellweather would be American Express reevaluating it's ties to Delta.

We're a long way from that happening. Probably. People really get crazy about "points."

We are now on day 5. I'm still seeing trips in open time that are past their report time. I dont understand why this continues to happen.

It's definitely bad out there but I think the Profit Sharing loss talk is an overreaction. If SWA's meltdown cost them $1.1B I don't think this will cost more than $400-$500m . As Kilo alluded to the 2016 server failure was on par with the current IT failure and Delta made $6.3B Pre Tax income in 2016
