This is crazy:

Staggering statistic: Delta has canceled more than twice as many mainline flights since Friday (4,500 and counting) as it did ... in the entire year of 2019 (~1,800).

Same happened to me, accepted and acknowledged GS late last night, somewhere along the way skeds just said F it and cancelled the whole trip. I gave them till this morning to use me, now I'm back to me time.

As a reserve pilot, there is no way I am taking a chance on helping the operation. I have no meaningful pay protection if I show up for a cancelled GS.

100%. Yet another thing that needs fixing: "Establish Res Rotation Guarantee". Once CS puts a rotation on your schedule, you should be guaranteed all the same protections as a Reg pilot. Reg would lose the premuim part, Res would lose the PB days, but both should get the money.
