If a new-hire can give, anyone can and IMO should.

Every bit helps. I have always tried to advocate for slowly stepping up. RJ FO give just a few dollars per month; when you upgrade, go to the next level; hired at legacy, up to presidents or Behncke; captain or widebody, Behncke or 1931.

Pre Covid, we had new hire classes near or at 100% participation. I think we still see more give than opt out.

If you really want to be blown away, NATCA PAC outraises ALPA PAC by nearly double! They do incredible work, and have dozens who contribute the federal maximum.

The problem is ALPA National is in it for ALPA. We always have the worst attorneys on payroll and get blindsided by elected leaders changing their allegiance to airline management. I would dump this organization tomorrow.

How long does it take to get the new stickers when you change levels? Are they only sent out once per year?

Counterpoints would be the recent legislative win regarding Minnesota state sick leave reversing their carveout for airline employees or the results of the FAA Reauthorization.

I think it's typically once per year, but I'd send a DART to GA and they might be able to put you in touch with folks to get updated stuff.

The way I understand it is you get the tag/sticker/etc when you hit the level of contribution. So if I pay $10 per month I'd get the equivalent once I've actually made the annual contribution.

lol wut? The ALPA PAC is pilot partisan. Not political. Without the PAC and our Government Affairs volunteers we’d be in a far worse place than we currently are in this industry.

I agree with you wholeheartedly but..... I thought PAC stood for POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE?

But i guess it couild be PREMATURE ATRIAL CONTRACTION....but my common sense thinks that doesn't compute :>
