Now is D’s chance. No flair. Make uniforms uniform. Get company out of politics. Take the flags down at GO. D is as guilty of playing these games as any of its employees. Make it about flying airplanes again. Period.

Employees representing a company should be politically neutral when representing a company and/or on duty. And companies, especially large publicly traded ones, should strive to be politically netural too, at least in the public eye. That is almost always the best business decision. Some times companies can venture into public politics and it works out for them... but usually it doesn't.
