This is a good place to start.

I too would love for the Palestinians to disband hamas, release all hostages and vow to never attack Isreal again and live, govern and prosper in the gaza strip in peace. It's a plan that has worked for Egypt and Jordan. Unfortunately, until the Palestinians decide that making peace is the only way, there will be no peace.

One of the most annoying things is the people who feel the need to Express themselves in uniform.
All "flair" should be banned. I don't care that you had breast cancer, I don't care that your kid is in the military, I don't care what obscure cause you support.
Same goes for the clown with their stupid flag ties and Christmas ties.
Infantile.

Also get rid of the sports teams and college lanyards.

No specifics given. Just a grand notion.

Most interesting book I've read on the issue is
"Jewish History, Jewish Religion - The Weight of Three Thousand Years" by Israel Shahak, 1996 (multiple editions) Best found on e-bay.
Impeccible credentials (*) and background to write this kind of thing.
Far outside the scope of anything on APC though and I only mention it for those who want to know a little more about the place (Israel/Palestine)
Good read from the pre-internet era.
It's probably not what you think. Zero idea how accurate it is; that whole region is inscrutable to outsiders.
* [Israel Shahak (Hebrew: ישראל שחק; born Himmelstaub, April 28, 1933 – July 2, 2001) was a Polish-born Holocaust survivor and Israeli professor of chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, known especially as a liberal political thinker, author, and civil rights activist. - via Goodreads]

In case anyone is wondering I do not support any “side”. I just like to point out hypocrisy when I see it.

Hamas and the Palestinians are completely separate entities. The people of the Gaza strip narrowly voted in Hamas who the effectively overthrew the rest of the government. They should be captured and punished for what they did there and in Israel. The people of Gaza do not deserve to be murdered by the thousands for what their authoritarian government did. That's why there is nuance that too many fail to address. The flag does not support Hamas. It supports the Palestinians and, more narrowly, the government in the West Bank.
They essentially walked into a park with innocent people, kicked a hornets’ nest and ran away to leave those left to deal with the consequences.
Either way, I don’t believe that individuals with likely very little understanding of the situation should be in any position to support one side or the other while they are also representing their company.
