Gays tend to have higher disposable income (more likely to both be high wage owners without kids). It shouldn't surprise anyone that corporate America wants to target them with ads and make them feel welcome so they spend their money at your company. Same with allowing employees to wear LGBT swag. Not to mention that the airlines seem to employ more gays than nearly any other industry. Leave them alone. Give them the same respect you demand. Be happy to take their money and thank them for their business.

Hell if you want to understand the gay community better go down to Key West and drink with them at the locals bars. They're a fun crowd and love to travel and party!
