Hello everyone, I feel I must chime in!

I did read OBD2's post and I believe there is some conflation between agenda items and resolutions (no offense OBD2, these C&BL's are not worded the best and can be tricky to follow the topics to which they are referring), but there is definitely a difference between the two. Art III, Sec3, paraD, Sub(2) is simply saying there is a minimum time between the agenda item being submitted and when the meeting can be called. It's not saying the LEC Chairman can make up a more restrictive timeline for agenda submission than the C&BL's! In this case of the C44 recall request, the request to add the agenda to meeting was WELL in advance of this 15 day timeline.

I'm not seeing anything in the C&BL's requiring written resolutions for recall agenda to be added to the agenda of a meeting. Also in the meeting minutes from past recalls I have seen, there is no evidence of written resolutions having been provided prior to the meeting. I have had a gander at the emails and the length at which DA went to spin around all of the details was nothing short of impressive! What is even more suprising, is that I heard DA was telling people he didn't care if he was recalled?! Based on that, why would he spend so much time making it difficult for a member in good standing to add recall to the meeting agenda? Clearly that must have been made up!

there is no requirement for a resolution in order to add a recall to the lec meeting agenda and never has been. DA knows that, having previously been recalled.

So stop with the quibbling.
so could you tell us more about the last time DA was recalled?

Wasn’t that when he was the chairman of the using ALPA hotels while not doing scheduling work so he could be in position for his own Green Slips?

At least one of the current C44 Reps ran a recall on his Reps previously.

That was apparently why he was fired from the scheduling committee.

But he'll take every opportunity to tell you how much integrity he has.

I am unfamiliar with the exact circumstances. However, based on having gone through it, he should know what the process is.

In this case, he knew exactly what he was doing by trying to toss up made-up road blocks for adding his recall to the agenda.

Why don't you just ask him? You appear to be in close contact with one or more of the C44 reps. KT? Maybe you could tell us, instead of sandbagging.

Been talking to some of the pilots involved with the recall. They wanted me to pass along the following site.

www.ti
nyurl.com/council44recall

Appararently right now they have a surplus of proxies and not enough proxy holders. If you don't want to use the smart sheet and have spots available to hold them PM me.
