C44 Recall

Nobody answers a phone call, they wait for the voicemail. Often I get calls from NO CALLER ID numbers that don't leave a message right after something with less than 18 or less than 2ish on SC is put on my line. It's scheduling fishing. Or something shows up on my line but not while I'm contactable, I ignore it until I am. It usually goes away or they forget to call when I am contactable. Make them do thier job. They won't do yours.
+1. This needs to be the next crusade.

Maybe thats a question for the scheduling guys. If that's the case, maybe API data wouldn't capture it either.

I think you're making the assumption that any of that is automated in DBMS. If it is still functionally a manual entry (no matter how many steps), it's still subject to human error (?).

The company obviously has no interest in anything like that. Their pseudo-automation simply allows a scheduler to “tell on themselves” and post a report that we can access in real time.

API access certainly can verify every covered trip if ALPA develops the right software. It would need to cross-reference DBMS data with ARCOS data to ensure that every coverage step was followed and all callouts were made.
