nothing about 67, not even upset about it. Guess he wasn’t their champion after all…

The only thing Cruz is a champion of is himself.

Age discrimination is a real thing. Just ask any 15 year old who tried to buy spray paint.
I just know we will be short on pilots now and it’s mostly your fault.
Enjoy sleeping tonight, because tomorrow you wake up to dangerous skies void of experience.
Dude that was good

I’ll take the boomer or a coward like yourself all day. Yes, we have met and yes, I know for a fact you would never say that to an older pilots face.

Is there a single politician anywhere who is not a champion of themselves?

It’s a rhetorical question, btw.

Looks like the Senate passed the bill without 67, but did accept the house 1 week extension so the house has one more week to get their bill done.

I think this is probably the death knell for the 67 crowd, thank god, unless Nehls and his cringey brother somehow pull out a hail Mary before next Friday.

It would be really nice to put this issue to bed and usher all the b0000000mers out to pasture.

I keep hearing it's a 'done deal', and then things like this?! So now we have another week where 67 might get snuck in?

It won't get "snuck" in.

The Conference Committee bill has passed the Senate. The House passes the Conference Committee bill, it goes to POTUS' desk. If they were to change the Conference Committee bill, it goes back to the Senate. Given this is a piece of "must-pass" legislation, involving commercial aviation going into the summer with ATC delays and Boeing nonsense, in an election year, that overwhelmingly passed the House the first time...the odds of something stupid aren't zero but they're literally the lowest they've been in a year. Biden's signature would be the final nail in the coffin, but the hammer is starting to swing.

One thing I have learned in life is that people who resort to name calling in a discussion are problem children who feel inadequate. In the not to distant future Gspeed will be advocating for age 70 and calling all the young pilots names.
