Flew a charter last year, and the charter coordinator said the tentative plan was for 737s to replace the 757s owned by the NBA. Apparently they sent different options to them, but were leaning towards the 737.

(Note: I’m not sure where “charter coordinator” falls on the spectrum of rumors, I’d guess somewhere between “top men” and “LCA”)

Funny as I was told by a charter coordinator that they were ordering new Airbusses to replace the 757's in the future. They need to get their stories straight!

United just announced a “pause” in hiring, so there’s that.

That generally happens when your hiring plan is factored around deliveries that aren’t happening anymore.

Same over at LUV. No Max7s on the near horizon and now no hiring.

This was my experience too, nothing good about them. Why would someone want to do them?

some def stink….like 0300 push, to fly Den-SAT, etc…

but I’ve seen quite a few that start and end with DH, and it’s a 0000 push to fly about a 1 hour leg.
numerous trips with 5-7 hours block and 21:00pay with double DH. ILL TAKE THAT! 😁
