WB A 44xx (also similar to recent norms)
WB B 11,9xx(a little senior to recent norms)

Not surprisingly, BOS seems to have come primarily from NYC categories, especially the 330. Remember, unlike the final, the mock awards all posted positions - final results typically go senior to the Mock bid…
Not correct, they didn't backfill many categories, including majority of the 330 leavers to BOS. If they did WB A would be nuts junior.

A few positive, a few net negative WBA the other bases.
So much for a growth WB bid.
Real bid will probably be worse.
23 BOS330A awards went to NYC 330 captains. ZERO backfills to any of those 330 positions…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Wasn't this expected? The flying is coming from other bases. This isn't new BOS service.

So with 4 more 339 coming this year and 5 more in 25, the growth will have to be posted for eventually...
2025 final year of 330 deliveries unless we take more orders from the options we have.

Not entirely when you consider we have new widebodies coming, so we haven't really made any new seats for those deliveries. If the 330 were a stagnant fleet then it would just be shifting numbers, but there's 9 more still to come.

Yes, but they are opening a new base and will massage as neccesary. This is the mid bid anyway. We have several monthly bids to staff for deliveries. We are headed into winter and the delivery schedule isn't neccesarily the utilization schedule. Don't get me wrong, I wish there was a lot more movement, I just don't expect it especially on a bid opening a new base.

When we were headed into summer, it was “empty the training department, all hands on deck!”, now into the winter, we can’t train because the airplanes aren’t being utilized? The fall, winter, and spring is exactly when they told us we WOULD train, when the instructors could staff the simulators, getting ready for next summer.

The 330/350 deliveries were supposed to be growth for the fleet. Cutting all these NY7ER positions and having flat to net negative WB staffing disturbs me.

ER is being eased off intl. I'd bet summer 2026 sees a big swap of them down to domestic/parking.

If we add 330 spots on the next few AEs, that would make sense with deliveries, otherwise not sure what's going on. Newhire to 330/350 seems a lifetime ago!

Seems like the current ER intl routes will eventually become 765 routes, with a possible route or two taken over by the 321NEO when the D1 cabin rolls out. Old 330's take over the 765 routes, and the new buses take over the old bus routes. At least when it's just 330/350, there will be a lot bigger trip mix.

There will be vacancies posted for the 330/350 in the next few bids. We have monthly bids now. I wouldn't read too much into one bid.

Not sure it'll be that transactional, the 765 has a better D1 product than the 333/332, so those will be preferenced on the high value markets like LHR and CDG. Grabbing used 330s from our friends KLM would be nice, I think they're getting rid of the -200s which would fit the 763 size decently.

We could also see the 332/3 get the updated D1 product and perhaps go down to a seat capacity in the 260 range, similar to Virgin.
