No, but the previous AEs have been published on Sept 6th, Aug 5th, July 5th, June 4th, May 4th, April 5th, March 5th..

So it should be close, tomorrow is Oct 4th, Friday too. (but the May one was on a Saturday).

Now is the best time to open a new base. Hiring is pausing for November and December, so no new hires in the sims from December through February. That provides excess training capacity to handle a large WB bid with the resulting cascade of secondary movement.
