Bottom threshold to hold any WBB staying about the same.
2y5m years seniority to hold WBB in NYC and ATL
2y7m to hold DTW WBB.
7y to hold MSP WBB
24y to hold LAX WBB
(lol)
Maybe on this micro “bid” mock award, but these stats are so misleading. Here’s the actual seniority:

JUN 23 hire to hold WBB in NYC (1 vacancy)
DEC 22 hire to hold WBB ATL (7 vacancies)
FEB 22 hire to hold DTW WBB. (1 vacancy)
MAR 19 hire to hold MSP WBB (zero vacancies)
DEC 21 hire to hold LAX WBB (zero vacancies)

Seeing that roughly 40+ A's are retiring every month, BOS 330 opening soon, and more 339/350 deliveries are coming - Some better movement should be coming soon. Maybe they are waiting until after the election and first round of rate cuts...?

No, it took many of us hired in late 90's early 2000's at least 16 years before we could hold any capt seat at Delta (NYC narrow body). Not by choice at all.

What are you even talking about? None of what you just wrote jives with the mock awards on Deltanet.

Completely, 100% predictable with monthly bids. With the ability to target when you want to go to training, senior pilots pull their bids until the training window is past summer or beyond their desired holiday breaks.

That's a feature, not a bug. If you want a seat sooner, plan on going to training during summer or holiday break.
