Quick observations:
Monthly AE's that release small amounts of vacancies lead to more senior, and in some cases MUCH more senior awards.

The seniority to hold left seat at Delta has dropped (gotten more senior) by almost 2000 numbers. Almost 2y6m seniority to hold CA now.

Bottom threshold to hold any WBB staying about the same.
2y5m years seniority to hold WBB in NYC and ATL
2y7m to hold DTW WBB.
7y to hold MSP WBB
24y to hold LAX WBB (lol)

Still misleading with time to hold, percentage to hold is a much better way. Because current 2.5 years to hold may be a new hire 5-6 years to hold.

I agree completely on % to hold vs time.

Someone who has been here 2.5 years is roughly 5,000 numbers senior to a person hired this month. Based solely on retirements it will take someone hired today a decade to move up that much.

Man, don't kill the new hires' buzz. A decade to hold left seat? That's pretty grim.

Doesn't everybody know that % is the truest metric......unless of course there is a merger. Then one side seems to think date of hire(years of service) is the cats meow. :>D

I still fly with brand new hires who think they're going to upgrade in two years... I try to let them down gently, idk who is telling them these lies though.

Huh...it's almost as if it's cyclical or something. 😁
