yep one of the biggest oversights in the contract. If there are limitations on schedule changes over a holiday, we should receive holiday pay for that day.

Im glad we finally got some holidays this time around, but for sure one of the items for the next contract survey is APD holiday = holiday pay.

I've got no skin in the game, except how much I flux in category, but it’s always interesting to look at.
