WBA wall isn’t falling anytime soon at this rate. I mean I thought it would be awhile, but 30WBA/month pushes this waaaaay back.

…..unless they smell blood in the water at some ULCC/LCCs and there’s a pause for some recalculations at the purchasing division.

Very boring in my little world. Staffing continually gets worse, while we are supposedly reactivating jets. We've had exactly 2 AE spots in since last August and our seat has shrunk by about 10%. Maybe all the reactivated flying is going to ATL.

No doubt, everybody is just getting so maudlin, while probably routinely getting some of the largest paychecks they've ever had, solid 401k growth, etc. If we're making right now the sad times, there's no hope for us as a group when the bad times do hit.

For real. Like what do people expect? If you’ve been here for 2 years you have the opportunity to be in a seat that took someone else 20+ years to get to in hard times, while making double what they made when they got there.

Because we, pilots, are greedy and most of the time over extend their purchase power. The music can and will stop at any moment.

I always say, plan your life at 72hrs, everything else is gravy. Eventually GS will change to WS as flying dries out.

I can always tell when we are getting better staffed based solely on Swap Board activity. I’ll post a trip and list just 2-3 trips specifically I’d swap for (not swap/drop). When I start getting 5-6 unsolicited offers to straight P/U my 4 day trip, I know the money chasers are starting to run thin.
