Atlanta 350 and 330 captain down to 4000ish seniority is a pretty big jump! That’s nearing 2007 territory!

Does anyone know roughly how long after each AE award the unfilled positions are offered to new hire classes? Is it a somewhat set timeline or varies greatly depending on needs?

Next class after the bid closes you can see any leftover positions. Which positions, though, is completely up to crew resources.

It will be interesting to see how close the actual AE award tracks this mock award. I suspect the number of contingency vacancies awarded will be significantly less than those on today's mock award in order to minimize training events. Should know within the week though. Good luck to all who are bidding!

There have consistently been many more (and junior) awards on the mock than the final award. In the mock, they simply fill every single primary and contingent vacancy. ATL 320A had awards above backfills without any position posted. I wouldn’t get too excited about how Junior ATL 350 or NYC 330 A’s went based off the mock.

They’re all backfills. I count 15 bid out and 15 awarded in.

Would it be pretty easy for a brand new hire NYC 7ER to get ATL 7ER on the next AE?

Trying to gauge how long I’ll be commuting!

As of today…yes, it will likely be the next AE. 2 at the most.
