They actually didn't award any 73NA or 7ERA backfills on this snapshot though.

Tried looking in the contract under disability and filling of vacancies, couldn’t find anything or am too dumb and missed it (most likely the case). I assume while out on disability (NBC) we are unable to be awarded anything from an AE?

Correct...because you are not in an active category.

Correct, but... What's even better is that when you Return to Work (RTW), IF it has been over 6 months, you can just select any position that went junior to you on an AE while you were out. In some cases, you can select any position junior to you becuse the company doesn't really bother to actually check if it was on an AE. It's under "Leaves of Absences", PWA 13.C.2.b. YMMV.

Edit: A Quick Look at those current categories in ATL vs the Dec projections per the AE memo in for those same categories, the ER is overmanned by about 40 on the CA side, and 737 is almost 80 (this I found very surprising). I didn’t look at other bases.

In the original AE memo I thought they said training would be in September and early October for this AE. Mid-bid snapshot shows all Oct training. Which lines up with Sept training from earlier AE's. Does anyone know if the training has been lining up with what they are projecting in the actual AE awards or if it is more in line with what the original messaging says?

73NA is a little confusing as to why, but not on the ER. I think we are parking a couple 757s for good after the summer? Letting the staffing right size by attrition.
