Correct, when I did live where it snows I had good snow tires in the winter. All season just means they won't get really hard below 40 degrees or so.

Daughter picked up her new 2024 RAV4 hybrid yesterday. Very nice ride, getting 42mpg.

Send me a link where you can get 4 run flat all season radials that fit a X5 for much less. The rears are 305's. There was one option at 1900 and they were back ordered for months. Tires by the way keep you alive. It amazes me how people will drive on the wrong tire type for conditions or tires that have timed out and or wore out without a second thought.
Even more amazing is they let there wives and children drive on those tires.

You have upgraded wheels if you’re doing tires that size. Seems like most X5 trims are 265 or 275. Yeah, you’re going to pay a pretty penny for larger tires that aren’t a common size.

You just need to shop around. Last month, I got 4 new Goodyear tires for my wife’s SUV online at PriorityTire. You can have them shipped directly to an installer and book your appointment online to have them installed. All for 850. Would’ve cost me almost double going to a local place and buying from them.
Anyway, good advice. Costco and Tirerack/online are the way to go.

Only thing to watch for with Tirerack, is they will show a local installer they ship to (in my case a local-ish Firestone dealer) without knowing if they can even attempt to mount them. If you have super low profile tires (some sporty cars) or very VERY stiff sidewalls (14 ply trailer tires) they might not be able to do it. I ended up mounting the tires, in the parking lot myself old school style with semi truck tire irons and a tire maul, and they balanced them at least.

Sweet! Haven't been paying much attention to the evolution of Toyota hybrid drive systems, but our 2016 RX450H is averaging 26 point something in mixed use driving. 28 best ever, but it would take sustained 80+ mph cruising to drop much below 26. Of course, as you might imagine, the increased reliance on EV mode in stop-and-go city driving results in greater mpg than freeway cruising.Toyota onboard mpg computers are scary-accurate; always cross-checks within tenths on my manual "howgozit." Granted it's older, probably heavier, etc. But 42 is stellar anyway you slice it.
