Default Another harassment/retaliation lawsuit?

Has anyone else heard of this? Sounds kind of familiar.

Accusations...but if true, she will win an award of millions no doubt .. and well deserved.

Expressing in the cockpit is a little far out, no? Was it "Bring the kid to work day?"

I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you’ve never dealt with breast feeding before? If you want your body to keep producing milk you need to keep getting out what is currently there. You can’t just go on a 4 day trip with no pumping and come home and have everything return to normal. Even if you just pump and dump you have to pump regularly. In flight there’s not a lot of options. Yeah you could do it in the lav but that’s cramped and gross, and it can take upwards of 20 minutes to pump depending, so that’s a long break from the cockpit. Amy many times with long flights or delays pumping on the ground doesn’t work out timing-wise.

I truly would like to believe the allegations were untrue and that none of my fellow pilots would act as she alleges. Years ago maybe some of the long since retired dinosaurs maybe but now?
However after having conversations with several female FO’s over the years I believe this actually did happen, it’s sad and disgusting.
I’m not surprised at all at the way Ed and his minions attempted to squash any justice happening. The DEI messaging from mahogany row has always been based solely in appearances.

That was truly difficult to read, especially since many of those names are very familiar.

She honestly sounds nuts...but yeah, Delta definitely trying to sweep this one away in typical Delta fashion.

A person who decides that the cockpit is an appropriate place to pump breast milk is probably not a sympathetic figure if all the facts were known.

The only other place in an airplane to pump would be in the lav and I've seen poop on the walls in there. I can go hours without looking at the person I'm flying with. It's not too much to ask to look away for a few minutes and not stare at a woman's chest while she works to make sure her baby gets fed.
