Default Delta Non-Rev Benefits

Hey folks,

I’ve been trynna find out what Delta pilot’s Non-Rev benefits are, but can’t seem to find anything either up-to-date or complete.
I’m sure parents get unlimited travel & eligible dependents. But, things like spouse vs. a girl/boyfriend, buddy passes, anything equivalent to UA’s “vacation passes” (you get 8 a year at UA to go to top of STBY list)? Does spouse travel at pilots STBY priority solo, do buddy passes travel at pilots STBY priority when traveling with the pilot? Do siblings get any benefit apart from standard buddy pass?

Would be very grateful to any information y’all have to offer. Just neat information to know. Hope all is well, and take care!

The Family Dog and Cat get unlimited passes and have S2 boarding priority.

For anyone over 55, it’s better to go to AA or UAL if you value retirement flight benefits. They both only require 5 years of service if you retire at 65 with them. Delta still requires 10 years for full flight benefits. Unfortunately I know we lost a couple of good people because that tipped the scales for them.

united has a way better employee non-rev program.

United pilots can put their in-laws as their “parents”. Delta pilots can only put their parents.

United has designated buddy program. Select two people and they have unlimited travel for the year versus 10 passes for whomever.

Also seems like the non rev travel is cheaper at ual. Dal buddy passes seem expensive.

ual discount fares for a guaranteed seat are actually really discounted.

To answer a couple of your questions. Siblings get nothing special. Buddy passes do not travel at pilot’s priority when with them.

Is it parents and in-laws, or just one or the other?

We don't have to pay extra for upgrades like they do at United.
