PAC is the largest it’s ever been. For every “that’s it, I quit!”, people have been signing up or increasing their contributions far more.

DC is “pay to play”
If you don’t like it, found an advocacy group, set up a PAC, and solicit contributions.
Is what it is. Reliable paycheck deductions are far more effective than once in a while emotional contributions.
(Emails are useless)

butthurt? Wouldn't go that far. But I'm not going to contribute money to a group that actively lobbies against my interests. I have also resigned my membership. Saved a very small amount of money, but worth it. Fairly meaningless move anyway, I won't be here long enough to vote on another contract.
