Mission plus

I especially like the fact I have to log in to Miss+ 4-6 times every flight. WTF?
M+ is an abhorrent application. Get John, Oak and the other guys together and let them rebuild the app - you know, real line pilots. Not management or management wannabees.
On blaming BS for this, that's being disingenuous. He inherited the project and the horse had left the barn on where it was going when he got in position. BS is a pilot, like us, but in management. My hope, still, is he replaces JL. That RG got the SVP job bodes well for that movement. RG has reached the peak of peter principle pyramid. Sorry for the derail there

I would love to see BS in a higher position. Great leader, nice guy, does good work.

The weather app was a bit rough, but intuitive and helpful on day one. Only gotten better since.
The Jepp app was a gift from heaven on day one (no more paper updates), and has only gotten better since (moving map, en route frequencies filter, etc.)
Mission+: This bird can't be polished, as evidenced by the pilot-provided work arounds.

Nope, blame the FAA, not the project pilots who are behind it, and have staked their reputations and position climbing the ladder on this dud. Yeah, let's strangle John Bell instead. That agitator! Stirring up all this dissension!
As for the pilots... let them eat cake.

As a regular line pilot JB slices and dices AE results with relative seniority and projected category lists on a van ride from the airport. He’s created a paperless flight plan far superior to the entire flight ops team in his spare time. Delta could have saved millions by paying him as an A350 Captain on IA all year as a project pilot. It a shame FO egos get in the way of progress.
Exhibit 1: Go read the M+ thread on SpyHub. 50 pilots talking about its inadequacies and one pilot telling everyone how wonderful it is and give him time, not really listening to any of the feedback and not caring what anyone thinks. It's become a line in the sand for the 4th floor. We're gonna use this turd and we're gonna like it. It doesn't matter one bit that the HTML flight plan we've been using forever works just fine, and is an elegant solution.
