A long wait for this product is disappointing. Keep the current JB product, and give us the ability to electronically sign the release.

Also I'm not sure why Delta is adamant about a physical signature for the release. Seems like employee number plus password/code via ACARS would be much easier

I don't think the A350 EFF was where the training issues were coming from. I suspect it was more of a data location and management issue...exacerbated by long-time Whale pilots who had only flown Boeing and never been through an AQP Initial Qual program showing up to a completely different training program than they had ever experienced (I e., self-taught and a morning of systems refresher before the eSV, not a week of classroom instruction before an FAA oral as used to be the case) and jumping into all of that to learn the most modern Airbus product out there.

That said, I suspect 350 pilots would tell you their EFF is much better than the Mission+ product.

No matter how bad it is (and it’s horrible) they will pat themselves on the back for this “amazing” platform they created just like mgt patted themselves on the back all the way through the pandemic. Those in charge of stuff here have zero ability of admitting failure and adding corrective actions.

It was interesting watching on SkyHub over the years as this has been developing. John Bell was posting quite a bit trying to volunteer his time to help in anyway in the selection of a vendor, code, consult, test etc. I remember him sayimg stuff like, "I hear there's no hyperliks to the NOTAMs" then offering up how he could help facilitate that. Then whoever the lead was, basically said our new way will be better, thanks. Whoever was in charge clearly didn't want his input. Pilots would then post below, more less "why isn't John in involved, let alone leading this?".

The standard shouldn't be, is this is better than paper?..we already had an electronic flt plan. It standard should be if it's a better product than the HTML one that one dude built for free to help pilots.

In case someone wasn't aware, you can view the "old style" of one continuos release by going to Other Docs from the briefing page and then CBP. Doesn't have the same html functionality but does make it a little more familiar in style then all the clunky and duplicated mess that the rest of the app is.

Mission + is fine. You just need to learn how to use it. I haven't spent much time on it and I don't have any problems.
