Did anyone make the pitch to the company to just get Foreflight?

Would foreflight allow us to customize our own charts?

No clue, that's why I ask. I also think this idea of "one app to rule them all" is a pipedream. I've also worked for a company that used Foreflight for EVERYTHING. We carried all our company documents through there, full flight plan and release, and weather. I was not a fan. Personally, switching between apps is less cumbersome and requires less clicks.

Foreflight supports Jeps and NOS. The documents are as usable as our current Aerodocs. It's the best off the shelf product out there. Waaaaaaaaaay better than AB's M-.

Foreflight has steadily gone downhill, exactly as everyone predicted would happen when Jepp/Boeing bought them. More bloat, more “features” moved to only the top tier subscription, and even paired back the data sources.

We’re better off.

I agree with the other posters that many of our apps should be able to liaise with each other.
ww’s accuracy is largely a function of the data. It’s extremely difficult to accurately predict turbulence. WW does a fantastic job given that reality. Certainly no worse than any other tool

Yeah FWV is actually fairly accurate and a good tool. I don't understand why people want just one app.. it would be so clunky and useless. Preflight I just open M+, FDPro, FWV, MyCabin, and then flight family to monitor the FAs and gate agents bickering when I'm bored. And if I need aerodocs for something I'll do that too. Takes literally 30 seconds to do all that.
