I think we need confirmation that this is true. Will the future raises become effective March of 2024, 2025, 2026 etc, etc?

If signed March 1st, yes. DOS+1, etc. Already confirmed by tunes in multiple threads. No DC for the lag time either.

ALPA is failing on this if true.
I'm 100% telling you this. They were already told no.

Who was told no? I haven’t seen anything official. I have a hard time believing that we’re getting 14 percent on all 2022 earnings but then nothing on first 3 months of 2023 earnings. That defies logic. I would think when it changes from AIP to actual language, they clarify that.

I bet you the TA has actual effective dates on it. Not DOS.

Sure I’ll go with what you believe over the person that was actually present when all of this went down. If you read what tunes posted, they asked for all of this and the company was a hard no. I guess that’s another “no concessions” concession.

You have a very warped understanding of what the word concession is and/or means to most people.

i've said it multiple times. the negotiators brought that up to the company and were told no, it would be on DOS not Jan 1. I'm sorry if you are having a hard time believing it, but that's the reality. I was there.

Yeah, C1 voted against the AIP. Shocked I tell you, shocked. I'm sure they'll try and send it back for stuff we will never get anyway (MB and "full retro").

Couldn't they say if it passes by x date you will still get the 18% on earnings in 2023 up to DOS. I mean we have a rough idea of the timeline now.
