Who was told no? I haven’t seen anything official. I have a hard time believing that we’re getting 14 percent on all 2022 earnings but then nothing on first 3 months of 2023 earnings. That defies logic. I would think when it changes from AIP to actual language, they clarify that.
I bet you the TA has actual effective dates on it. Not DOS.

Sure I’ll go with what you believe over the person that was actually present when all of this went down. If you read what tunes posted, they asked for all of this and the company was a hard no. I guess that’s another “no concessions” concession.
