If I just want a base change, will they honor convert after junior?

looks like the actual went a bit more senior, plug is a 2000 NW hire, same seniority as a July 2001 DL hire.

About 75 numbers from the first DL 2007 hire.

Looks like the the actual results have gone well senior of the mock. Especially NBA.

I’m not sure about a particular base, but overall plug NB A was 2 months senior on the final vs the mock. But it was in NYC not DTW.

So the wall has not fell? But I think the chainsaw is warming up.

I moved up 11 spots on the NYC 7ERA list. That's not insubstansial movement

3% in one AE, in a category that has a lot of area code seniority number pilots is pretty good.

With no backfills, so NY7er shrunk.

yep. 2 months in 2023 is 400 numbers which is the same as 1 year of retirements.

Someone in an earlier thread was talking about the WBA wall falling to 2015 hires. Even if this holds true for 2025 upgrades, 10 years is a far cry from the 30+years todays new hires get to look forward to (I’ll be retired for 10+ years by then).
