Sorry to interrupt all these "riveting" (yet irrelevant) posts in this thread but any odds on the Mid-Bid Sample Results being posted on Monday? Seems to be in line with previous timelines but every now and then BS and crew throw a curveball and maybe a posting tomorrow would be one? Gotta confess, I am anxious to see how low NYC330A goes.

You may now resume with your discussions and ad hominem attacks of all things not 2023 AE related. 😁

my guess is Monday, with a small chance it comes out Friday.

it seems to come out on the 5th day of the AE window, and if that is on a weekend/holiday the next business day after.

Based on the increasing number of senior bidders I'm expecting to be proven wrong on my 5,123 seniority prediction. Still hopeful though.

Hoping your prediction proves correct! And...for good measure, why not 5,500? 😁

Apology accepted, don't let it happen again. 2023 thread is irrelevant now and so...

My money is on the MID BID results being posted in the middle of the bid window. Let me call my booky and I'll get back to you on the odds but payouts haven't been great and the booking window probably closed already. Have you tried FanDuel they have odds on EVERYTHING.

How about odds of another MOAB in early ‘24 to set up for summer flying?

Right, because we all know that the unprecedented growth this airline is experiencing will come to a screeching halt. And you do realize that not everyone approaching 65 is not in the top of the food chain don't you? Of course you do, but to acknowledge that doesn't fit the narrative. But what is really disturbing is that you are showing with this post that you are more interested in pilots that do NOT have a job here and protecting THEM than you do those on your current seniority list. Why is that? (don't worry, I don't expect an answer as it is painfully obvious.)

As someone who was here when age 65 happened. The hiring stopped within 3 months. Of course we were also dealing with a merger and recession. 150 pilots total were hired in 2010. That was it between March 2008 and and the first class in 2014. I’d call that about 5 years of stagnation. My point is raising the retirement age to 67 will stagnate everyone for 2 years. Don’t kid yourself. You get your extra 2 years in whatever seat you’re in when it happens. If you still retire at 65, then chances are you lost 2 widebody captain years to whatever seat you’re currently in.
