So guess what, we'll just take it and you can cry about it online.

Cool. Thanks for telling us that. It's really changes everything. Yes, I want what i'm entitled to and what I've earned. I can't help it that you're into social ism and think everyone deserves equal outcomes.

Cool. Thanks for sharing.
It's actually irony to attack me because you claim I'm into socialism and equal outcomes while you actively lobby that your outcome isn't equal enough to those that are coming in behind you.

I don't expect you to understand that what's mine is mine, because I paid my dues and earned it. You've had everything handed to you your whole life, and now you think you're so knowledgable and worldly. They aren't laughing with you.

One could argue that will be a company problem, but it will not be one they created (this time) and the pain will be felt by all.
I don't see it as an imediate problem. The staffing plan already is for them to retire. Now you just have a bunch of WBAs sitting around after trips drops who will or won't bid something else. Reintegration will eat up opportunities for those junior but over time.

Mr Bradshaw I like your style. These conversations would be fun over a good scotch. Just to level the bubble....what month/year are you set to retire?

As of right now, it stops being yours at 65. Any lobbying to change the rules is quite literally taking money from everyone else to redistribute to your own pockets. Especially because you are doing it on the guise of "you guys didn't restore my retirement" and "it's not fair you all are upgrading after a year."

Also, I wasn't "handed" anything. You know nothing of my background.

They don't care. These are the same people that donated their hard earned money to DPA.

$2M Pension (which didn’t fully vest until 20 years)

vs

PBGC money
Age 65, 5 years extra TOP earnings (unless you were hired at 25, this isn’t the same windfall)
Alpa Note,
Alpa Claim $100k+
Alpa’s efforts succeeding to recharacterize the claim money as tax free
9%DC+2% DPSP vs 0%
~4400 shares of merger stock $175k
JCBA, C2012, C2015, C2019 substantial pay raises, further propelling 401k contributions
Pay banding A330 and 765 to A350
GVUL benefiting the TOP the most
MBCBP benefits the TOP the most
401k (unmatched) benefits going to 16%, 17%, 18%
Profit sharing that is pensionable
Social Security that is there for the TOP, questionable for the next generation

All these things disproportionally benefiting the TOP.

With words like *checkmate* and *junior* and *mine* you come across as incredibly tone deaf. Read the room amigo.

Not getting 2 more years when it was never a thing. Oh the humanity! Are you now ignoring facts of the situation? For your benefit? FACTS were your whole claim.
