Yep. For such a data driven company, you'd think they'd be smart enough to forecast how many people will want to pull their bids and just add more positions.

I also hope every pilot uses this during their careers. That's what you get when you p*** off your employees.

Yup. Best of all, the clause can be used at ANY time before / during qualification training. Why give the company a few months’ notice when we can wait until the night before a long training course is scheduled to begin?

They didn’t think we would do that.
