Again, those individual conversion dates on the AE award posting are projected conversion dates. They can move if your projected training moves. Your AE awarded category pay doesn't start until you convert. 22.E.6 states when that conversion happens. I think you misread the column in the AE award postings. The "pay protection date" is for someone awarded a training bypass.

Sure, anything can move. Maybe for some. Not so for others. All depends what management wants. Either way, all I've been trying to say, is that once you hit conversion, moved or not...if you're in training still, you are pay protected.

I hope every pilot does it. Maybe they will post extra WB slots to compensate. The appeal of “think about your fellow pilots” is laughable.

That’s a “you” problem, not an “us” problem.
