Speaking of furloughs and B-scales, when do conversion rights kick in? Like mandatory displacement rights. If you convert in July, but OE isn’t until July 15th, are you protected even if you didn’t complete OE?

Yes and no. You can finish training in the previous month, but not convert until the first day of the bid month you are scheduled to convert. You can do your 44X today and not convert until Nov 1st.

yes, but when you convert is based on your 44X, not OE.

44X 1-15th of the month, convert the first of that month

44x 16th- end of month, convert the 1st of the next month.

They are seeing about a 5% increase in training churn with monthly AE’s, but like the increased ability to sharpshoot timing based on Network’s changes. It seems they will stick with it for a while. FWIW.
