If S. 1939 has an "age" "67" provision in it, I do not see it.

It is not scheduled for a vote. My best guess is that absolutely nothing will happen until after Congress works out a budget and funds the operation of the government (their enumerated responsibility).

Even though NYC765A was the first WB to be available for early 2000 hires, when it is all said and done I'm with you but I think it is more of a numbers game (way more 330s than 765s) rather than the "Never take the Bus" crowd.

This needs to be highlighted. More precisely, WB A plug would have to drop from a current 3750ish to 5000.
That would be an enormous shift in bidding behavior. Even with all the crazy, I-never-thought-I’d-see-the-day awards coming out of Covid, WB A is the one metric that never really wavered. The only possible path is via huge numbers of WB deliveries, and we don’t have nearly enough to close that gap in 2 years. Probably not even in 4 (for a 5XXX seniority number).
And we haven’t even brought age 67 into the chat…. (Or the recently mentioned WW III )

The latest award had WB-A junior to the 3750 you mention, and as far as I can tell they have not yet begun to staff the 2024 deliveries yet. WB awards have barely replaced retirements for the last 2 years.
I’m not saying that a 2014 hire will hold it in 2025, but I do think you’ll see movement on the 350/330 that is unprecedented over the next 24 months.
Age 67 and/or a global depression change the math bigly, and both have a non-zero chance of being real. So we’ve got that going for us, which is nice.

A second factor that will support the 765 seniority is the eventual drawdown of 7ER international flying as we get more A330s. The international 7ER pilots are more likely to bid 765 than the 330 as they follow the flying.

Where is the delivery schedule for new aircraft? I know I've seen it somewhere or at least bits and pieces by airframe.

Just reviewed Virgin's annual reports. "They" are getting 14 new 330-900's with options. They've not earned a profit in eight years. How does a company remain in business with only brief blips into profitability, but running overall deficits for decades?
