Wow, talk about first world problems when the biggest controversy in a week is whether it's time to go to a 2024 AE thread.
How you guys doing on getting reroute pay owed you? Crickets? Me too.
But yeah lets all ***** about a thread on APC. If only we put this much energy into holding union/company (really the same entity) accountable for doing what they agreed to do.

I have had three. First one - had to call scheduling after 2 weeks. They fixed it two days later. Second and third on same rotation. After three days they put it in on their own - 1.5x for second one and 0x for third when it should have been 2x for both. So I called and they said they would fix it. So far crickets a week later. Funny how they never err in our favor.

From what I understand just because a rotation shows closed that does not mean that RR pay has been looked at yet. In fact almost every rotation will show closed before the RR specialists get around to looking at it. You just have to keep stalking your time card to see if/when the RR pay shows up/gets adjusted.

This is just stupid. No one wants to keep checking weeks after trip ends while flying other trips. Then there’s never even an acknowledgement it got looked at. Then if some pay shows up, it might not even be right. The solution is to Ace everything. We need to fix the Ace app, get more volunteers, etc. It should be a day or two turn-around at the most. The time keeps getting longer. What happens when it gets to a year? 5 years? How long is too long. I know these seem extreme, but the reports are still going in faster than they are being resolved so it will eventually reach these timelines.
ALPA really dropped the ball by not requiring it to be automated at the deadline and holding them accountable for it. This audit 14 days later maybe if you're lucky and you hound them system is totally unacceptable.
