But this too. I wish it paid more than the NEO. It would make the decision easier.

Plenty of other great spots tho.
ATL gets MUC in non-summer months. During the summer, it goes to the -400.

it's hit or miss if they send the results to ALPA first these days.

That’s honestly a really tough call for someone in your position (commuter I believe). I’d probably go with NYC ER A if you can consistently hold Europe or Africa but only by a hair. One of the main reasons I took 320 A on my displacement was because it’s a short course to the 330. Virginia Ave SUCKS, especially if you live far away.

I’ve done that rodeo 5 times, I don’t need it again.

Once ALPA gets it, any idea on how long that takes to review?

you should just volunteer to review for ALPA.

Yes I am a commuter (ORD) and did the 7ER for 8 years before I upgraded. I’d be in the 30’s percentile on the ER in NYC. Training would be easy, but being in a hotel for a month on Virginia Ave, for a small overall pay raise….I don’t know if it’s worth it. It would be smart, as far as QOL, being senior on the ER and flying Europe in the summer and holding Europe, Africa and SA 70% of the time probably in the off months, and waiting for some seniority on the 330, vs. going into the 330 at the bottom, but I am afraid I’d be so bored sitting around VA Ave and then having to go through a full school again on the 330 when I go back to the bus. With deliveries scheduled, I think I’d rather endure the suck of a couple years of juniority on the 330 instead of all the training time.

Thoughts? Someone talk some sense into me!

Considering I’m on Virginia Ave right now, I can’t in good conscience recommend you go ER. Give it a few months and my opinion will almost certainly change
