The 3 points of reference we have in all of recorded history were on day 6 or 7. Today was day 5. My guess is they decided to let folks think/input over the weekend, and will release it Monday before noonish.

It's so wonderful that we can now anticipate both mid bid and final results every month. I remember the good old days when it was only four times per year. Let's take time and marvel at the spectacular gift of twice monthly anticipation. Go Flex Go.

We need a WBA hopeful to cheer for once Flex is awarded WBB. Trip7 is that you? Bonus points of you bid A350 and OE with JB.

As much as I look forward to the impending mid month sample AE bid, I philosophically wonder if it even matters? Does it change habit patterns? Has anybody changed anything based on it and if they had, are the numbers that have statistically relevant? Percentage bidders will always percentage bid and all or nothings will do the same thing. Why do we need a practice run. I like it, because it is fun to see what it might be, but by the time it’s posted everything has changed.

I know several pilots who didn't have a bid in, but saw they could hold something with people below them on the sample, so they threw a bid in and got it.
