Some kind of check on the OOBWS system is needed, like a limit of 1 or 2 per month. Exempt NH’s until they can AE to a different base. It allows for the occasional good deal, but not abusing the system. You want to fly a majority of a base’s trips? You should have to bid that base.

This should not be allowed in the contract, IMO. But sadly, it is.

We should do away with all the steps and make all open time not coverable by reserves an assignment proffer in seniority order with the # balancing system.

Yes we know. Hockeypilot is very unlucky and can’t even hold NBA because hockeypilot doesn’t want to sacrifice seniority so hockeypilot likes to complain on here how unfortunate and sad it is to be stuck without any choices available to hockeypilot despite the unfairness of all these dang new pilots who are willing to take junior positions and therefore can hold NBA way before poor hockeypilot who still can’t hold hockeypilot’s desired A seat because it takes too long to hold it at an acceptable (to hockeypilot) seniority.

October Bidding, no trips 7ER SEA
How will bidding work for SEA 7ER for October when there are no trips to bid? Have IQ training starting on October 11.
