Prepare yourselves… 2023 AEs

It won’t be much smaller than the last AE. You’re right that Jan and Feb have heavier training, but that will be offset by more senior peeps bidding. I would say it’s actually a pretty predictable cadence right now. I guess since it’s working they’re likely to change it soon!

I mean, the company never lied to us before (maybe unintentionally). That’s why we got 220s based in SLC. Let’s not forget the derated 321s would be able to meet all current climb requirements, lol.
I agree there IS performance issues with the -200/300. That’s also why you have only seen -900s there since April.
I’ll say it agin, if the 330 had such big performance issues out of SLC there would’ve been a different airframe there.

facts are the 330 does have performance issues and no they aren’t just going to slap a 350 on 3 Europe routes because of it. That’s not how networking works, at least not at a successful profitable airline.
You’re trying to hard to argue that the 330 has no issues in SLC summers when everyone knows it does. Is it a huge problem every day of the summer? No. But there’s still issues and the airline isn’t going to just plug in a fleet that can do it without extensive research with networking and crew resources.

The -900’s were the issue as they had the bleed AD that caused fuel stops and the -200/300’s can’t do it full in the summer (same scenario, some days it can). It’s like you’re making this up to defend your opinion.

Even you just admitted the 350 isn’t just going to be plugged in. Also why I laugh at the rumor it’s coming to SLC when we’ve never seen it here doing those routes.
Supposedly the bleed off AD is being fixed Q1. So who knows what the excuse will be after that.
