The question is would this new TA make movement happen in senior bases such as MSP.
For example would we see NBA to WBBs? Making the base a bit more junior?

I think you're more likely to see senior NBB jump to WBB. Not sure how many folks bail on NBA to WBB. It will however have NBBs going to WBB instead of NBA.. Making WBB a lot more senior, especially 330B. Just my .02 cents....

QOL improvements on NB schedules could have WBB QOL refugees moving to NBA.

Putting the 7ER back in MSP would help movement and assist company concerns of Captain juniority. Last I heard, over a dozen ER crews RON MSP every night. Don’t see his TA having any impact on how senior MSP is.

Everytime an AE opens everyone seems to act like they know what everyone’s interests, lifestyle, financial situation is and make a prediction about what will happen in the bid.
then act shocked it doesn’t happen despite being wrong on the last 7 previous AE predictions

You know, I flew with several 330B, mid to junior seniority who said they wouldn’t bid to NBA. Then I was shocked to see their names on the AE. Said the money was deciding factor. 🤷♂️
